Yan is the CEO and Co-founder of TVision, the only company which measures individual viewer attention to both TV content and ads. TVision helps brands, their agencies, TV networks, and OTT platforms better understand how people really watch TV so they can make more effective media decisions. Yan founded TVision while earning his MBA at MIT. Prior to TVision, Yan started and managed Yo-ren, a leading digital marketing agency in China, and also worked at McKinsey in Tokyo. He has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. Yan grew up in both Japan and China and currently resides with his family in New York.
Most recently Inderbir was the CTO at Altman Vilandrie & Company where he led the Marketing Analytics product line, taking the products from proof of concept stage to successful commercial deployment at large enterprises. Prior to that, he was a Software Architect and Engineering Manager at Brightcove.
Inderbir has published in leading IEEE journals on the topics of Natural Language Processing and Genetic Algorithms. Inderbir holds a B.S. in Computer Science from York University in Toronto.
Mike leads TVision's global commercial team. As CRO, he is responsible for the company's Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success functions. Prior to TVision, Mike held senior leadership positions at Jumpshot, Comscore, and Millward Brown Digital. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA from Cornell University. Mike is an avid skier who loves spending as much time in the mountains as possible.
Tristan Webster leads TVision’s Product as well as Data & Analytics teams. Tristan's teams are responsible for connecting TVision's next generation data and measurement technologies with the continuously evolving needs of the TV advertising ecosystem. Prior to joining TVision, Tristan spent 10 years as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. Tristan has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, and he studied Business at the University of Melbourne. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two sons, where after work you’ll find him throwing another shrimp on the barbie, in true Aussie fashion.
Sasha leads the panel operations team and oversees global tech licensing partnerships. Prior to TVision Sasha was a GM at CItiBike, which was acquired by Lyft. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Sasha is from Trinidad and Tobago, and tries to get home every year for Carnival.
Shlomo leads the finance team at TVision. He held previous leadership positions in finance at June Homes and Selina. Shlomo has a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Columbia University. In his free time, Shlomo reads, plays chess, and listens to the opera.
Melissa leads TVision’s “people” team, including company culture, benefits and hiring. Prior to TVision, Melissa held leadership positions in Human Resources at CheckedUp and Pypestream. She holds a B.A. in Pyschology from the University of West Georgia and a Masters of Education, Counseling from Valdosta State, and she studied HR Management at Eastern Michigan University. Melissa is an avid runner and has recently picked up surfing. Melissa also spends her free time volunteering at the local animal shelter.
Germaine leads TVision’s Marketing team. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing to marketers, she has worked for both startups and high-growth large companies including Cardlytics, Yahoo and DoubleClick. She is passionate about using data to create compelling stories and helping marketers identify business strategies that deliver measurable results. After years in LA, Germaine now lives in Atlanta with her two kids and their menagerie of pets.
Chris leads the design and development of TVision's back-end services and analytics framework. Prior to joining TVision, he worked in software development at Altman Vilandrie and Co, Brightcove and Harvard University. Chris holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago. Outside of TVision, Chris's other life ambition is to cook a perfect tonkatsu curry.
Taylor leads the TVision team conducting research and development for novel analytics. Prior to TVision he was a researcher at MIT Lincoln Laboratory’s Informatics Decision Support Group and a principal software engineer at Pointillist. Taylor holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from Boston University, and M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Florida Institute of Technology. Taylor is an avid mountain biker and skate boarder.
Kyle leads the development teams that build pipelines to acquire and transform data. Prior to TVision Kyle was Director of Data Engineering at Climate Corp. (a division of Bayer Crop Science) and Uptake. He earned a B.A. in Computational Linguistics at the University of Chicago and a M.S. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh. Kyle studied human languages before specializing in machine ones and dabbles in Japanese and Russian. He is fluent in French which he mostly picked up during his time as a bartender in Paris.
Eric leads the TVision teams that develop, test and operate our data collection devices. Prior to TVision he held principal software engineer positions at Brightcove, Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics), and D&B's iMarket. He has a B.A. in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. Eric enjoys being surrounded by nature, writes haiku poetry, and helps at home with the chickens and cashmere goats.
Alex and his team are focused on developing our partnerships with agencies and leading brands across all industries. Alex spent 10 years at Comscore and an additional 15+ years at various media, SaaS and AdTech companies, both large and small. Alex holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Alex is English, fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and has lived in Germany, England, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil.
The Data and Media Partnerships team is focused on delivering the next generation of TV measurement to the industry. Hassan brings his 15 years of experience in media, data, research, and enterprise software to help our partners realize value in their advanced media investments. Hassan has an MBA from the University of San Francisco. When not spending time with his family he is an avid poker player.
Tom leads the customer-facing team, ensuring that clients are realizing the value of attention metrics and applying them in their daily workflow to achieve business goals. Before TVision, Tom spent more than 15 years at media agencies and adtech startups. He holds a B.S. B.A. in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Boston University. Tom is always looking forward to his next vacation with family and friends.
