Here are the shows that topped the TVision Power Score list for the month of October 2026, thanks to their ability to both attract viewers and hold their attention throughout the show.
Apple TV+’s “Ted Lasso” (Season 4) finishes October as the #1 series on the TVision Power Score. Jason Sudeikis returns as the relentlessly upbeat American coach running AFC Richmond. Even as the weekly race got crowded late in the month, Ted Lasso banked enough attention across all of October to hold the top spot. A full month at #1, premiere wave and all, is the mark of a show the audience plans its week around.
Peacock’s “Crystal Lake” (Season 1) debuts at #2 for the month. Linda Cardellini leads the Friday the 13th prequel as Pamela Voorhees, tracing the origins of the franchise’s most infamous family. Timed perfectly to the Halloween season, the premiere pulled enough attention to crack the monthly top three in its first weeks on the air. The appetite for this horror universe runs deep, and the numbers prove it.
Paramount+’s “Tulsa King” (Season 4) rounds out the top three at #3. Sylvester Stallone returns as Dwight “The General” Manfredi, the New York mobster building his empire out in Oklahoma. A fourth-season premiere landing straight in the monthly top three says the franchise is as strong as ever. When a returning title opens this big, it is because the audience never left.

Netflix’s “Animals” finishes October as the #1 film on the TVision Power Score. Ben Affleck directs and stars as a Los Angeles mayoral candidate whose son is kidnapped, forcing him and his wife to raise a ransom in a matter of hours, with Kerry Washington, Gillian Anderson, and Steven Yeun rounding out the cast. A taut, star-packed thriller with a ticking clock is exactly the kind of watch that travels fast on streaming, and it pulled the most film attention of any title all month.
Peacock’s “Disclosure Day” debuts at #2 for the month. Steven Spielberg directs this sci-fi thriller starring Emily Blunt as a meteorologist who suddenly gains psychic abilities and Josh O’Connor as a whistleblower who steals proof of alien contact, with Colin Firth and Colman Domingo in the mix. A Spielberg alien story with a cast this deep was always going to command attention, and a second-place finish shows it landed.
Apple TV+’s “It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” rounds out the top three at #3. The 1966 Peanuts classic returns every fall as Linus waits in the pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin while the gang goes trick-or-treating. A sixty-year-old special cracking the monthly top three says some traditions never fade. Seasonal nostalgia remains one of the most reliable draws in all of streaming.

TVision measures Viewer Presence and Attention for every second of programming and advertising on television. Every time a person walks into the room, our technology detects who the viewer is, where they are in the room, and what their eyes are looking at. We do all this without personally identifying individual users, and without transmitting any images or videos. TVision’s data is collected from an opt-in panel of 5,000 homes across the United States and weighted to represent the country. All demographic data is self-reported by the respondents. Linear and CTV ad impressions data in this report is from May 1 – May 31, 2023 or May 29 – June 4, 2023, unless otherwise indicated.
The TVision Power Score is a completely new ranking designed to factor in both viewership and engagement when measuring the performance of CTV programming. The Power Score is based on the industry’s most comprehensive view of the CTV landscape - TVision measures activity across over 1,000 apps - and enables an accurate understanding of the relative performance of CTV content across any app. This new way to understand show performance will enable industry watchers to more quickly identify trending content and CTV’s hottest programming and even uncover hidden gems distributed through smaller apps.
The TVision Power Score factors in four key metrics: the amount of time viewers pay attention to the program, the amount of program time available for the season, the program’s reach, as well as the application’s reach. This combination of metrics was chosen to enable a neutral look at the quality of programming and its unique, inherent ability to draw in viewers - regardless of the scale of the platform, or the program’s release schedule.
